It’s my pleasure to announce the Employee of the Month for June is none other than Michael Jordan from Customer Support. Michael is the point of contact for every customer issue and request. Think of him as the jacket placed over the puddle that keeps our shoes dry from our customer’s muddy opinions. Here’s a request Michael, tell us something about yourself!

I originally applied for a copy editing position but was told Customer Support was a great way to get my foot in the door. Support is fine, although I do get yelled at a lot via customer emails, phone calls, live chat, social media posts, social media direct messages, snail mail, faxes and the occasional walk-in that gets security. It used to really bother me but these days I feel pretty numb, which is fine.
